The Centre is developing thanks to the involvement of many people, including academics from the University of Silesia, academics from other universities, and practitioners.
Agnieszka Matusik is an experienced advocate specializing in commercial law, finance, and real estate. She is the founder of AMlegal Law Firm and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. She has also participated in prestigious legal programs in American and British law, conducted in collaboration with the University of Florida and the University of Cambridge.
Her professional career began in the diplomatic service as Vice-Consul at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Madrid, where she provided legal advice to Polish citizens and cooperated with Spanish courts and law firms. She has extensive experience assisting Spanish-speaking entities conducting business in Poland.
