Assistant Professor at the Chair of Intellectual Property Law, Faculty of Law, Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Kraków. Author of the monograph Arbitrability of Patent Disputes (C.H. Beck 2017), which was awarded twice in the 13th edition of the Polish Patent Office competition for the best scientific work. An expert in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on creators’ rights, especially in the film industry. Arbitrator at the Copyright Law Commission, 10th term (2024–2028). National expert in an EUIPO-commissioned project analyzing the application of harmonized IP enforcement rules by member state courts. Member of a team developing an innovative AI-based tool to support arbitrators in the decision-making process.
