Attorney at law, Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of legal sciences. Professionally and academically, she specializes in intellectual property law and e-commerce law. Author of numerous publications on intellectual property and new technology law, and speaker at many national and international conferences. Recipient of the Prof. Z. Radwański Award for the best doctoral dissertation in private law and the Minister of Science Award for the best doctoral dissertation in intellectual property law in the competition organized by the Polish Patent Office.
