The Centre is developing thanks to the involvement of many people, including academics from the University of Silesia, academics from other universities, and practitioners.
She holds doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, as well as studies at the Center for Innovation Management and Technology Transfer at Warsaw University of Technology. She currently serves as Legal Counsel to the Minister of Finance at the Ministry of Finance.
For several decades, she has worked on legal issues related to intellectual property rights, new technologies, the digital single market, data and Internet governance, media, non-personal data, and regulation of the digital economy, particularly electronic services.
She has gained experience as an advisor to the Minister of Finance and as Head of the Digital Single Market Department at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. She has participated in European Commission and European Council working groups, worked as in-house counsel at Telewizja Polska S.A., coordinated international disputes concerning intellectual property rights, and collaborated with DLA Piper US LLP before district courts in New York and Washington, D.C.
