Doctor in the discipline of legal science, Assistant Professor at the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Kraków, and practicing attorney at law. Former lecturer at the College of Medical Sciences, University of Rzeszów. Expert in new technologies law, intellectual property law, commercial insurance law, and civil law. Speaker at numerous national and international scientific conferences. Member of, among others, the Polish Association for Artificial Intelligence, the Polish Society for Game Studies, and the Polish branch of the Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances (AIDA).
