The Centre is developing thanks to the involvement of many people, including academics from the University of Silesia, academics from other universities, and practitioners.
Doctor in the discipline of law, lawyer, and researcher, currently conducting postdoctoral research in civil law at the University of São Paulo (USP, 2024). She earned her PhD in civil law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP, 2020) and a master’s degree in collective and diffuse fundamental rights from the Methodist University of Piracicaba (UNIMEP, 2014). In 2023, she specialized in tax law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). She holds a law degree from the Adventist University Center of São Paulo (2011).
She serves as a professor of civil law, is a practicing attorney, mediator, and conciliator. She has authored numerous scholarly articles, a book, and chapters in collective publications, making significant contributions to the development of civil law. Her expertise and dedication to both research and legal practice have established her as a recognized figure in the Brazilian legal community.
